not terrible, but some issues

small room musty smell

the location was acceptable, a short walk to the metro station made getting around easy.

The room was smaller than i expected. Maneuvering with luggage was difficult. the air conditioning was loud and not very effective, it made sleeping quite uncomfortable. also? the bathroom had a musty smell that lingered throughout my stay. i was pretty frustrated.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City

The staff were kind, and they helped me send my luggage to my next stop in Osaka. The location proved convenient. It was a short walk to the station. My room was always clean, and the receptionists were very cute. I appreciated the nice view of the city from my room on the higher floor. It felt special.

The bathroom felt a little dated. It needs some updates.

the location is convenient. i could easily reach many places. the staffs were really nice and offered good services.

the room i had was very small. it was challenging for me and my family. also, the room was not that clean, specifically there was a lot of dust under the beds.

central location train station laundry room hot room air conditioning drain blockage

The location was amazing. i could easily walk to the center and the train station, which connected me to the whole city. there was also a laundry room available. It cost 500 yen to wash and dry my clothes.

the room was very hot upon arrival. i learned there was no cool air conditioning function, disappointing. i had to keep the window open at night. the noise from the street and sirens made it hard to sleep. the drain in the bathtub was very slow too.

underwhelming stay. some issues observed

small room inadequate air conditioning

the staff was helpful, especially when i needed help with luggage transportation.

The room was too small for two people. Moving around was difficult. the air conditioning was also inadequate, only blowing hot air. this made sleeping uncomfortable, and opening the window wasn't an option due to street noise.

Wonderful stay near Shinjuku

I really like this hotel. The staff assisted me nicely. They even helped me with directions to local attractions. The room was clean. It had all the amenities I needed. I also am glad that the location was near the train station.
