the room i had was very small. it was challenging for me and my family. also, the room was not that clean, specifically there was a lot of dust under the beds.

The location was amazing. i could easily walk to the center and the train station, which connected me to the whole city. there was also a laundry room available. It cost 500 yen to wash and dry my clothes.

the room was very hot upon arrival. i learned there was no cool air conditioning function, disappointing. i had to keep the window open at night. the noise from the street and sirens made it hard to sleep. the drain in the bathtub was very slow too.

the staff was helpful, especially when i needed help with luggage transportation.

The room was too small for two people. Moving around was difficult. the air conditioning was also inadequate, only blowing hot air. this made sleeping uncomfortable, and opening the window wasn't an option due to street noise.

I really like this hotel. The staff assisted me nicely. They even helped me with directions to local attractions. The room was clean. It had all the amenities I needed. I also am glad that the location was near the train station.
