dining options coin laundry early closing time unhelpful staff
The location is convenient with many dining options nearby. The room was clean and a good size. There is coin laundry onsite. This was convenient for me.
Some of the staff did not answer questions. The hotel cafe has a very early closing time at 9.30 pm. This was not convenient.

i appreciated the included breakfast options. a japanese breakfast and a western breakfast were available (i chose the japanese option).

fantastic location walking distance ample space small room worn carpets hostel atmosphere
the hotel location was fantastic! it was within walking distance of many attractions. the room had ample space for storing suitcases and bags. also, i could open the window, which i really appreciate.
the room was very small. the carpets were really worn. the atmosphere felt more like a hostel, sadly.

stylish stay with superb views
thoughtful design convenient outlets functional layout complimentary bikes
i appreciated the thoughtful design in my room. outlets were conveniently placed. windows opened easily and the layout was functional. the complimentary bikes allowed us to explore local sites and pre-purchase train tickets.
the limited amount of toilet paper felt a bit stingy.

the reception staff were helpful and polite . a young chef cooked a delicious breakfast that was served by a sweet waitress. it was cooked to order.

this hotel offers a super location near the subway. it allows for easy access to surrounding areas. senso-ji temple and shopping districts are very close by this hotel.

the coffee shop on the ground floor serves matcha affogatos. a private chef prepared a delicious breakfast each morning. i had a choice of japanese or western options.

convenient location spacious room helpful staff
The location is very convenient, near both train stations and local attractions. The room was spacious (it was a real plus). The staff were helpful upon arrival, even offering iced coffee.
