The location is AMAZING. the hotel is near the keisei and jr rail lines. That's why i keep coming back! the rooms were first-rate clean. the buffet breakfast is popular. Sometimes, there is a short wait for a table. there is a lovely choice of japanese and western options!

The breakfast buffet offers both japanese and western dishes. It is a great way to start the day! i especially liked the miso soup and the fresh fruit. it opens early, convenient for early risers.

My room included air conditioning. That was VERY useful. the tv had many channels. the bed had comfortable linens. the provided toiletries were of high quality. They smelled nice and fresh!

The hotel is very close to the train station (making travel easy). Ueno Park is right next to the building. The rooms are also well kept and clean, which I appreciated.
The automatic check-in system was a bit difficult. The staff were available to help, but a simple human check-in would have been preferable.
