“In my opinion, the proximity to Keisei Ueno station stands out, offering unbeatable airport access and connections to Tokyo's rail network. The location places guests steps from Ueno Park and the Ameyoko market. While some may find the rooms compact and note inconsistencies in housekeeping, the hotel's location makes it a worthwhile consideration for solo travelers and those on short trips.”

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms
central location clean rooms park proximity
The hotel is very close to the train station (making travel easy). Ueno Park is right next to the building. The rooms are also well-kept and clean, which I appreciated.
The automatic check-in system was a bit difficult. The staff were available to help, but a simple human check-in would have been preferable.
Service
9/10
The staff was friendly and polite, always ready to provide assistance when needed. They were quick to address my inquiries and provided helpful information regarding local transportation.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel is very clean and well-kept. The building has multiple elevators, which reduced wait times (a big plus!).
Location
10/10
The hotel is near shops, restaurants, and train stations. Its proximity to the Keisei-Ueno station is ideal, since I took the Skyliner directly from Narita Airport.
Dining
9/10
There are many restaurants and food options near the hotel (a great convenience). The food options around the area include many cuisines.
