Excellent Stay Near Akihabara
nice location bay window
The location was fantastic. I enjoyed the short walk from the station. I appreciated the bay window in my room. It was a nice spot to relax. The storage space under the bed helped maximize the room's space. The large shower head was also a plus!
The blinds did not block sunlight adequately, which caused me to wake up earlier than desired.

I appreciated the functional layout of the room. It felt very convenient. I also noticed the simple, modern design, and everything felt fresh. the free coffee WAS a definite bonus.

Excellent Stay Close to Akihabara Station
main station spacious rooms
The hotel is near a main metro station. The rooms were spacious enough for my family. I found just enough amenities were available for our use. It was one of the best values among the hotels I've stayed at..
The staff were not very friendly or accommodating and did not greet us often. I didn't feel very welcome there. The room was not completely clean, with some stains on the bathroom ceiling.

The staff spoke good English. I noticed many understood multiple languages, very helpful. There was a Family Mart nearby for luggage service, made things very convenient for us.

The downstairs lounge impressed me. staff willingly provided coffee all day. my parents and i stayed in a connecting room. It felt very special. the experience allowed for quality time.

i found the staff friendly at all hours. the room felt spacious and clean.. i loved having plenty of room to spread out my luggage. i really appreciated the complementary iced black coffee available 24/7, it was amazing for cooling off during a summer day!

I liked having free coffee available all day. It was a nice perk. The room had space under the beds, so I stored my luggage there. There were around six laundry units, and this made washing clothes easy. The staff provided quick and helpful service.
The room was smaller than I expected. I found it a little tight for moving around.
