Excellent Stay Close to Akihabara Station

main stationspacious roomsunfriendly staff
The hotel is near a main metro station. The rooms were spacious enough for my family. I found just enough amenities were available for our use. It was one of the best values among the hotels I've stayed at..
The staff were not very friendly or accommodating and did not greet us often. I didn't feel very welcome there. The room was not completely clean, with some stains on the bathroom ceiling.
Service
9/10
The staff spoke good English. I noticed many understood multiple languages, very helpful. There was a Family Mart nearby for luggage service, made things very convenient for us.
Dining
8/10
The hotel had a cute coffee shop. Coffee was available 24/7. A French bakery near the station offered additional options, like the matcha scones I tried, and I found them delicious.

Convenient Stay Near Akihabara

free coffeeluggage storagelaundry unitshelpful service
I liked having free coffee available all day. It was a nice perk. The room had space under the beds, so I stored my luggage there. There were around six laundry units, and this made washing clothes easy. The staff provided quick and helpful service.
The room was smaller than I expected. I found it a little tight for moving around.
Rooms
9/10
The twin room featured comfortable beds, with firm mattresses. I liked the separate toilet. It included a heated seat. The shower worked well, and the water pressure was good.
Service
10/10
Staff members were helpful when I needed assistance. They answered questions about local restaurants. Check-in and check-out processes were fast. They assisted with storing my luggage after I checked out.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel offered complimentary coffee in the lobby. I noticed coin laundry machines available on the premises. These facilities added convenience to my stay. The location was quiet, though the parking was expensive!
