the staff were friendly. that was acceptable.

The breakfast was bad. there were few options. i expected more variety. the fruit selection was especially disappointing. also, the room was not clean. The bedspread had stains. this is unforgivable.

the front desk offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. the hotel provided free coffee and basic toiletries in the lobby area. the rooms included humidifiers, which i found essential. i noticed two laundry machines available on several floors.

hallways had a STRANGE odor.

my room of superior king was large BY standards here at Japan. the bed was quite comfortable, and an adapter was helpfully provided. fresh towels were supplied each day.

the hotel is near train stations and convenience stores like 7-eleven. ginza is within WALKING distance, a great perk. the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to lively areas.

staff members are available to assist with directions, i observed. they managed check-in and check-out quickly, it seems. the staff ARE friendly and tries to be accommodating.
