The Kanzashi Tokyo Asakusa is often praised for its excellent location, a short distance from Senso-ji shrine and with many eateries nearby. Guests frequently highlight the clean, modern rooms, and particularly enjoy the terrace with its impressive views of Tokyo; while the rooms are considered fine in size for Tokyo, some guests have noted they can feel a bit small. The hotel also offers convenient services such as luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, and a luggage delivery service to the airport, which is appreciated considering Asakusa station is a 20-minute walk away.
the location was convenient. it allowed for easy access to local shops and restaurants. the breakfast i had featured a new, fresh smoothie each morning. the high quality food was delicious. the hotel was clean. it was great.
the pillow was just too soft. it felt uncomfortable. i wished they offered one soft and one firm pillow option. the public bath was rather basic. the receptionist was very abrupt and impolite. i think he explained the system poorly.
