“This hotel distinguishes itself with a modern take on traditional Japanese aesthetics, specifically centered around tea culture. Located in Minato, the property provides convenient access to key attractions while also creating a serene escape. staff disinterest language barrier
the location was good.
the tea counter was not great as ordering tea felt difficult and getting information about it proved challenging too, due to language barriers and apparent staff disinterest.

decent stay, some issues
uncomfortable blanket early cleaning
The breakfast area was underwhelming, ESPECIALLY. i went there at 9:50, and staff began removing food promptly at 10. They started cleaning around me immediately, spraying cleaning products, which i found quite off-putting. The location was a bit of a walk from the station. It took me about 15 minutes. i also found the blanket provided to be too small for two people.

mediocre stay with a few issues
extra pillows charge average breakfast
the staff was friendly enough, i guess.
The room was small, but i expect that. i requested extra pillows to try and make the bed more comfortable, but i got charged for them. it seemed like nickel and diming for basic comforts, and the bed stayed pretty hard anyway. the breakfast also didn't impress. It seemed pretty average for what i paid.
