the location is great. convenience stores are close. subway stations are also near the hotel. the breakfast included many local dishes. the room offered temperature control. i could adjust it as needed.

I loved how close it was to the train station. it was just a few minutes walk. the hotel provided soba noodles on new year's eve, so thoughtful. the massage chair in the room was a great addition. It felt amazing after walking all day.

The tv in my room turned on by itself at night. It woke me up! staff unplugged it. essential items like cotton pads were only available at the lobby. no one offered to help with luggage at check-out.

the room was well designed. all the space is fully utilised. the room feels bigger than it is despite the size.

I found stains on the base of the massage chair. The stains were unsightly.

i found the subway station very close. restaurants and convenience stores are also nearby. the room had a massage chair i used after long days of walking. it really helped relax my muscles and relieve tension.

room cleaning only happened after three days of my stay.
