I found the multiple floors inconvenient. My locker was on the first floor, showers on the third, and my capsule was on the sixth. The elevator was slow and stopped at every floor, that increased the frustration. the provided sleepwear felt strange. I thought the brown shirts and shorts were an odd requirement..

The location is very convenient to the station. I REALLY appreciated the free drinks and food. The onsen was also a VERY nice amenity.

The capsule itself was quite HOT. The air conditioning did not work well. The elevator took a LONG time. Showers located on a different floor from the lockers WAS inconvenient.
