The hotel's location was very convenient. The subway was super nice to have nearby. The Family Mart convenience store located on the bottom floor was open when I needed it.

The room I stayed in was dusty. It was not comfortable for me. I had trouble relaxing there.

The hotel offered complimentary tea breaks and supper. The room was clean and a decent size. Cleaning staff were very sweet and considerate. A Family Mart is connected on the ground floor, with a 7-Eleven one block away.

The location was superb, close to several subway stations. I found it easy to get around the city. A convenience store was downstairs, a BIG plus for quick needs. The staff were always polite and helpful.

The room was a bit small. I found moving around with luggage slightly challenging.

Really good Stay Near Ginza!

I enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and happy hour. It was unexpected. The hotel is conveniently located above two subway lines , made getting around effortless. It is a short walk to Ginza for shopping. This saved time. A convenience store is located right below the hotel. It was very handy.

My room was quite small, and with two suitcases, space was limited. It was a bit inconvenient.
