the hotel is directly connected to shiodome station. commuting to different areas was easy. mandatory room cleanings every three days kept everything tidy. there's a lawson and 7-11 nearby. cafes in the train station for quick snacks. i could pick up drip coffee bags, tea bags, hair brush, toothbrush, shower cloth and some skin care in the lobby!

the bed head had light controls and omitted an annoying electrical whining noise which disallowed any relaxation in the room.

the hotel benefits from access to subway stations because it is close to shiodome and shinbashi stations. these stations are reachable with underground connections! there is also a direct transport option from haneda to shinbashi station.

the breakfast offers both japanese and western styles. a lunch buffet priced at 1300 yen is available on weekdays. this buffet offers great food choices! i cannot find better value.

Reception staff is professional and helpful. They assist with various needs. there is happy hour in the lobby every night. during this, guests receive complimentary plum wine and other japanese beverages. It was quite nice

The location near the Shiodome station WAs great. It was convenient, with access to transportation. The rooms had all the comfort you would need, they were REALLY clean.

the breakfast was somewhat underwhelming. There IS not much around the area in terms of restaurants. and things to do.

The location is great. Shiodome Station is connected to the hotel. Shimbashi Station is only a five minute walk away via the bridge system. I felt that I could travel to every site easily.

The hotel does not have a restaurant inside. They have a happy hour with limited snacks. I noticed that none of the snacks were ever refilled.

The location was nice because is near multiple subway entrances. Traveling around was very easy. I also felt safe in the area and it has many restaurants. The staff were friendly and professional. I was very happy to have fresh towels every day.

When I asked for one extra water bottle, they told me no. This feel a little cheap. The room gives two water bottles daily only.
