great location and attentive service

the location was excellent, right in the heart of the myeongdong area. i appreciated the convenience of having restaurants just steps away. the staff were attentive to our needs and provided helpful service throughout our stay. a borrowed jackie chan movie car was on the roof, which allowed us to take some photos.

the phone charging plugs did not seem to work correctly in the room.

This hotel is situated in a great city district. Shopping malls are very convenient and there are many little shops. Hotel rooms are very clean and refrigerator drinks are replenished daily, which i LOVE. I appreciate that staff are so friendly and helpful.

The phone charging plugs did not work, that's just a minor inconvenience.

a dreamy stay!

easy accesscomfortable bedrushed closing

The location was perfect. it offered easy access to the subway and shopping. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. i found the bathroom to have a bathtub. A lovely feature after long days.

the breakfast closing time felt a bit rushed. the staff seemed focused on closing right at 9:30am. some items ran out quickly and the toaster was switched off.
