wonderful friendliness excellent customer service scenic moment

the buffet staff showed wonderful friendliness i loved irene's excellent customer service her energy made the breakfast experience five stars the food was amazing and the venue great i definitely recommend the buffet the lobby had kind helpful staff as expected it made the experience smoother the hotel also provided fine views from all around the hotel this made every moment scenic

the check-in lady could have been more cute during the process i wish she could have been friendlier

fantastic experience!

muscle work floating air super clean room

my massage at the spa was seriously amazing. lina knew exactly how to work my muscles. i seemed like i was floating on air when i left! the room was super clean, a real treat after a busy day.

The elevator wait times were a bit long. I found myself waiting a couple times.

the gym had three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. there's also a lovely ice skating rink on the premises, great for some winter fun! the main lobby area, the gallery, really set the tone for my stay.

the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout the hotel. when i asked for a beer refill, mi-young was quick to help. lisa also explained each dish in great detail.

The breakfast buffet had lots of choices! it included both korean and international foods. i also had food at the grand club lounge. It felt very private.
