Location is GREAT, next to a metro station. The staff gave us an upgrade for extra nights. The team WAS amazing, always willing to help.

The reception was on a different floor THAN the entrance--inconvenient. The bathroom was small and NO counter. There were paper coffee and cold drink cups, not ceramic mugs.

The location was very convenient. It was close to the subway and airport bus pickup. My room was a twin room with enough space for two big suitcases. I liked the sink in the middle walkway with mirrors on both sides (very useful!).

The room given to me initially was without a bathroom wooden door. I think the reception desk could have asked me if I was okay with this. I requested another room, and thankfully, the reception desk gave me one with a bathroom door. The wooden door looked to need repair since it only slid from the top and flapped from the bottom.
