Review summary

Agora Tokyo Ginza offers a convenient location close to subway stations, making it easy to explore Tokyo, including Ginza's shopping and dining. Guests often appreciate the complimentary pastries and coffee provided each morning, and some find the room cleaning policy (every three days unless requested) less than ideal. The rooms are modern and functional, with some noting that they are spacious enough to open two cabin-size luggages.

Great Location, Clean Rooms!

excellent locationfriendly staffdelicious breakfastnoisy street
The location was excellent! It was an easy walk to Lawson, Higashi-Ginza Station, and Ginza Six Shopping Mall. The hotel staff was friendly. I saw a gentleman offer an umbrella to a guest already checked out while waiting for a taxi on a rainy day. The breakfast bento was delicious.
The room overlooked the street on the second floor. It was noisy during the night. Trucks loaded items, and people yelled, even though it was not a main road.
Service
9/10
The hotel staff showed thoughtfulness. I received an umbrella while waiting for a taxi on a rainy day. The staff was helpful. They could assist with directions and information regarding local attractions. Their assistance was appreciated.
Rooms
9/10
The rooms had a clean atmosphere, and the extra-wide bed was exactly as promised. An extra-wide bed is one of the best features, especially because double beds nearby are often only 130-150 cm wide. The room layout created a pleasant experience.
Location
10/10
The location offered great access. It was a short walk to the train station and other amenities. Higashi-Ginza Station is only about 200 meters from the hotel. This area is in a prime spot, a few meters from the train station.
Facilities
9/10
Complimentary coffee and pastries daily was a bonus. Tea, coffee, and water were available in the lobby. Breakfast bento was delicious and convenient for a quick start to the day. The pastry selection was fresh.

Excellent Location and Cleanliness

morning pastriesclose locationcold staff
The hotel provided complimentary pastries and coffee each morning for breakfast. A convenience store was very close, as was a nice bar, slightly hidden. The hotel is very close to the metro and a train station. Ginza shopping malls are an easy walk away.
The front staff could have been more cute, especially for a four-star hotel. The room cleaning occurred every three days unless specifically requested. This meant rubbish wasn't taken out, nor were fresh water bottles provided daily.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel features lounges where guests can relax. Water is available in the lobby all day. A bar is located next door to the hotel , a bit hidden away from plain sight.
Service

The room and the hotel were super clean. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. It offered everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
