the staff are providing friendly service. vending and ice machines are conveniently located and operational. the location is great. i was given umbrellas when it rained.
The pool costs an extra fee to use. I didn't expect that.

really good lodging experience
ample space variety breakfast shuttle service
My room offered ample space and VERY well maintained facilities. I appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet. It included both western and japanese options. staff provided really good service, always ready to assist with any request. a convenient shuttle service runs to nearby stations and Disneyland
the gym access involves an EXTRA charge, which i think should be included.

separate fee underwhelming food
I found the pool access policy quite objectionable. having to pay extra to use the pool felt exploitative and unexpected, especially considering the room rate. the breakfast buffet seemed underwhelming for its price. the food quality did not justify the cost. Thus, i chose to dine elsewhere for the remainder of my stay.

a perfect romantic getaway
friendly service spacious rooms convenient machines disney transfer
the hotel staff offered friendly and efficient service. the rooms were spacious and clean with a great bathroom, beds, and nice furniture. vending and ice machines were conveniently located on each floor (perfect for late-night cravings!). i also appreciated the convenient disney transfer coach.
i found that public transportation was a bit difficult from the hotel, however taxis were readily available.

the hotel is situated in a quieter area. a 5-10 minute walk will get you to the nearest train station. the neighborhood felt safe, and there were some great restaurants nearby.

the hotel offered direct bus service to both narita and haneda airports. a supermarket sold groceries, ready-made meals and souvenirs. a large underground parking lot provided lift access to the lobby.

the buffet breakfast was amazing. a cafe nearby had european food and robot waiters. several convenience stores (family mart, seven eleven, lawson) were open 24/7 near the hotel.

The room had a universal charging station. There were disposable face care kits provided. I appreciated the direct bus service to both Haneda and Narita airports.

i STAYED here aND i LOVED it! tHE shuttle service to Disneyland WAS super! iT. Plus, thE limo BUS stop WAS right OUT front, sO convenient. iT also have restaurants NEAR by. and the best, supermarket next door!!
tHEy did NOT tell mE before thaT the POOL was NOT FREE for thE customers of thE hotel! wE were UNPLEASANTLY surprised. iT made mE ANGRY AND sad. i think thEY should have told US BEFORE.

helpful staff disney shuttle skytree view
The staff were very helpful and kind. the free shuttle to disney was a nice perk! i also appreciated the free cocktail in the upstairs lounge. It had a great skytree view.
the supermarket under the hotel was handy though it closed quite early.
