The location was quite convenient. It was easy to get to many different places.

The room felt quite small, even for just myself and my suitcase. I also found that the walls were not very soundproof, so I could easily hear noises from other rooms and the hallway, hard to relax.

The hotel has a super convenient location. I found very easy access to several metro lines. Lots of food choices were available around the area. Staff were friendly and fluent in english.

The hotel rooms are really small. I needed to pack and unpack luggage on the bed. There are no phones inside the rooms.

The location was superb! It was so close to the Akasaka train station , made getting around super easy. I adored the breakfast options. I really appreciated having a sofa right in my room..

The lack of phones inside the rooms was a bit inconvenient when I needed assistance.

The staff were very kind. i liked the laundry facilities. I could do a full laundry load . the nearby train lines were well connected. there were lots of great food options nearby.

The room was tiny. I know this is common. we could not put our bags on the floor. One bag was partially on the bed where we slept. there was just no space for two people with their belongings.

The staff was SO kind and helpful, assisting with luggage and providing local snacks! The coffee shop connected to the hotel was AMAZING!!! The room was fantastic. There are a TON of restaurants nearby with a convenience store just steps away. the metro is close.
