efficient shuttle various choices

The free airport shuttle ran efficiently. It only took about 15 minutes. the included breakfast buffet offered various choices. It was a lovely start to the day!!!

The nearest train station involved a 30 minute walk. This could be inconvenient.

shuttle service helpful staff triathlon shop

i really liked the shuttle service it goes to both kawasaki station and haneda airport. the staff provided great help at front desk. i was very surprised by the triathlon shop inside the hotel, and its owner very helpful too.

the happy hour at the restaurant was advertised but unavailable, which a little disappointing.

the room have ample storage for clothes, really good when you intend to shop a lot. it also have lots of space to move around and open suitcases. the bed were so comfortable.

the location is a bit away from kawasaki station and haneda airport. a free shuttle serve both destinations making it simple to go to both places. there are multiple stores near the station, if you want to go shopping while waiting.

The free shuttle to the airport was very punctual. The staff provided helpful service for first-time visitors in Japan. The hotel has two nearby convenience stores. Note one closes at 11 PM. I found the room to be spacious and clean.

cool interior free shuttle scheduled transportation

the plant room uses hydroponics (i thought that was interesting). i liked that there was a free shuttle to town and the airport. the hotel provides scheduled transportation to both Kawasaki and the airport.

the japanese language skills of the foreign staff seemed slightly weak.
