SMOKE DOOR, the on-site restaurant, uses wood fire cooking techniques. Chef Tyler Burges prepares dishes using ingredients sourced within 50 km of Yokohama. Breakfast features an American-style buffet with salads, vegetables cooked over wild fire, sparkling wine, coffee, juices, and local egg dishes (2,200 yen per person). Lunch includes a free-flow cocktail, a wine buffet, and a coffee and juice bar. Dinner offers course meals for 5,500 yen or 8,800 yen per person.
