Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku is a popular choice thanks to its convenient location, with easy access to train stations and the subway, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Guests appreciate having a washing machine and sometimes even a mini kitchenette with a microwave in their rooms, and find the beds comfortable. It's also near a park, convenience stores like 7/11, and diverse dining options; though some guests have noted the rooms can feel small, the proximity to attractions like the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building (with its free panoramic view of Mt. Fuji on clear days) and the availability of free drinks in the lobby make it an attractive base for exploring the city.

subway proximity washer-dryer combo small room trash removal

the hotel is very close to the subway. the washer and dryer combo was great except it was initially difficult to start it.

This room was small by western standards but very comfortable. however, the bedding was not changed , nor did the staff remove extra trash from the room. For example, they did not remove the small bag of trash i left beside the door and only emptied the garbage cans in the room.
