Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location

the location offers AMAZING access to nearby conveniences such as mcdonald's and convenience stores. the subway and bus lines were very close by. the in-room washing machine was a major plus for me and i used it daily, it was so useful!

The room size was quite small. I had some difficulty managing my luggage

My corner double room included a microwave and kettle, helpful for preparing small meals. A HIGHLIGHT was that the room also featured a washing machine and dryer combo, allowing me to wash clothes anytime. The room was clean and well kept.

the location near the subway was acceptable it helped with getting around easily

the room felt small there was almost no space to open my suitcase or move around comfortably storage for clothing was also completely lacking it was hard to keep my belongings organized

the location is quite convenient. shinjuku station is accessible by metro. a supermarket is very close to the hotel. the room included a washer and dryer.

the staff did not inform me of luggage damage. yamato transport damaged my luggage badly. i asked for assistance, but staff was not helpful. i had to address the problem on my own.

the hotel is very close to the subway. the washer and dryer combo was great except it was initially difficult to start it.

This room was small by western standards but very comfortable. however, the bedding was not changed , nor did the staff remove extra trash from the room. For example, they did not remove the small bag of trash i left beside the door and only emptied the garbage cans in the room.
