Some Issues During My Stay
inadequate air conditioningunexpected entry
I encountered some problems . The air conditioning in the room seemed inadequate. It struggled to cool down even when set to a low temperature. I was surprised when a cleaning staff member opened the door and switched on the light without any prior notice or permission early in the morning. I was still asleep at the time. It was quite disruptive and unexpected.

The minibar was empty upon arrival. I expected at least some water to be available. also, the lighting controls were a bit confusing. i struggled to figure out how to turn off all the lights before sleeping, it was a real hassle. i wish there was a simpler master switch to control all the lights at once, it would have made things much easier after a long day of travel.

the cleanliness was amazing. ukrainian cleaners are top notch. i needed a bottle of water for my coffee and they provided it with coffee capsules. the way they care is excellent. i'm definitely coming back for their treatment. it was polite and very helpful!
the towels should be thicker and fluffier. i would have really liked that, especially after using the shower.

the hotel is in the center. it is near malls and sights. the proximity to a big shopping mall is a great advantage because it is within walking distance, this added convenience to my trip.

My room was clean and nicely designed. Plus it had a nice view. the bed was great! the shower was wonderful, it was spacious and i could relax after exploring the city.
