Solid Experience at City Center

light environment food station status recognition
The hotel refurbishment completed. The new breakfast restaurant offers a light environment with multiple food stations. Diamond Elite status recognition happened during check in. I enjoyed breakfast both in the lounge and in the restaurant.
The elevators were an issue. I had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes or climb the stairs. Only two of six elevators were available. Some elevators didn't stop on my floor. This caused delays to pool access.

Staff at the counter was polite. They gave me a cake in the room for my birthday. This was a warm and lovely gesture. I also found the concierge service excellent.

excellent hotel!

pool access sparkling wine helpful staff
starting the day in the pool was a plus. breakfast included sparkling wine, a nice touch. the staff were very helpful and the service was fast.
The parking entrance was quite narrow. It could be challenging with a wider car.

faulty air conditioning persistent smell
The location was acceptable. It was near the central station.
The air conditioning did not work properly, the room felt uncomfortably warm, and i was sweating all night. I called reception twice, but the issue was not resolved. the toilet in the new room had a persistent bad smell. It was very frustrating. housekeeping was also below expectations. The room never felt thoroughly cleaned.

excellent location comfortable stay excellent staff
the hotel location is excellent the train station is a short walk away it provides connections to the airport. the staff went out of their way to. i would return in a heartbeat and hope to do so.

Solid Hotel Stay

quality meals great size strong wifi
The fine dining restaurant offered quality meals. The bathroom had a great size. I found the WiFi and internet connection really strong. This helped me with work I had to do. I think the comfort was excellent. I would stay again.
Check-in included only one staff member. Many guests were waiting. The elevators took ten minutes. There were crowds wanting to use them. It made getting to the room tough.
