The location was acceptable. It was near the central station.
The air conditioning did not work properly, the room felt uncomfortably warm, and i was sweating all night. I called reception twice, but the issue was not resolved. the toilet in the new room had a persistent bad smell. It was very frustrating. housekeeping was also below expectations. The room never felt thoroughly cleaned.

Solid Hotel Stay

quality mealsgreat sizestrong wififew staff
The fine dining restaurant offered quality meals. The bathroom had a great size. I found the WiFi and internet connection really strong. This helped me with work I had to do. I think the comfort was excellent. I would stay again.
Check-in included only one staff member. Many guests were waiting. There were crowds wanting to use them. It made getting to the room tough.
Service
8/10
The staff responded to requests. They did their jobs. I did not feel they went the extra mile. More training might help them.
Location
10/10
This hotel is close to the railway station. It has walking distance to places to see. There is a big mall nearby. This makes it convenient.
Rooms

The hotel rooms are quiet. This is because soundproofing works. I noticed some wear in the bathroom. Face towels were missing this time.
