understaffing issues mar the experience
staff shortage limited breakfast
the lack of staff was noticeable. assistance with luggage was rare and requesting a taxi proved difficult at times. the hdmi cable i requested for the tv was unavailable, and the breakfast options felt limited for a hotel of this standing.

Mixed Feelings About the Stay
broken heating missing hairdryer
The hotel location was convenient for seeing the historic sights.
The heating in my room wasn't working correctly. One radiator remained off, and the air conditioning only blew cool air. I called at 3 a.m., and staff brought me a blanket and turned on one radiator. There was also no hairdryer in the bathroom. What a joke!

superb location good size spacious bathroom unclear direction apartment preparation lacking supplies
the location was really superb. it was close to many attractions. the room was a good size and comfortable. the bathroom was clean and spacious.
The front desk didn't tell us where to go. i had to ask about breakfast myself. we reserved an apartment for three people. It was only prepared for two.
