The room had everything i needed. It was also clean. the manager was really proud of his team! the location is amazing right opposite a tram stop though it can be busy during rush hour.

The staff was really amazing!!! they were super cute and helpful. the sense of community was amazing, no matter where you're from. they were so accommodating. I couldn't have asked for more.

There was no explanation before checking in about the lack of hot water. They only told us a plumber was coming out that day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was also convenient. It was easy to reach nearby shops. the room size was decent and provided enough space.

the laminate flooring had some missing pieces which was not ideal. the painting in the room seemed rushed with paint marks on the furniture. there was also black mold around the window which was concerning.
