The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I found their cute attitude quite endearing. the room was clean and tidy. I really appreciated that. the bar area had a free pool table. My children were very happy about it.

The stairs were narrow and there was no lift. I had to climb several flights with my luggage. the shower lacked an extractor fan. This made the bathroom quite humid. the door didn't fit well. There were large gaps that let noise through.
