My room had a fridge. There were plenty of towels. The bed was really comfy. The location was great, near the tower and Winter Gardens.

The WiFi did not work . I was disappointed. The room was not very clean, it was dusty and the floor was dirty. I was given only two towels initially, even though there were two people. No breakfast options were available. It was one of the reasons to book there.

the staff was friendly and helped with requests. i was even allowed to stay some extra hours without any fees. the location was central to everything, it was really convenient.

The room was really hot, a fan was provided, but it was very dusty. when i turned it on, the dust was everywhere. the stairs was very steep, so they can be a struggle if you have mobility issues. also, the wifi was terrible. I could not get any service.

the room was a great size, and the beds were very comfortable. it had a great location to easily access everything.

i had to check in at the hotel two doors down, a bit inconvenient. my room felt isolating because i never bumped into another soul during my three-night stay. the towels were not changed once (i did not appreciate that) and tea, coffee, etc were not restocked.

I stayed in a twin room with my daughter, and the beds were comfortable. I also noticed there was plenty of light in the room and it was very quiet. We dropped our bag off early, and when we returned later, it was already in our room. I found this service great!!!

The room was very hot. The fan provided in the closet was covered in dirt, and the tower fan was missing a button. The shower needs a more detailed cleaning around the drainer. I also saw dirt along the bathroom skirting.
