FIVE Zurich offers a funky, modern experience, and many guests appreciate its proximity to the Triemli metro station for easy access to the main Zurich train station in under 10 minutes. The rooms in the main building are notably spacious and beautifully designed, with some offering stunning views of the city and nature, while the Penthouse bar is very nice. Some guests in the "east wing" have found that it requires walking through a tunnel and might not meet the same standards as the main building.

great rooms and convenient transport

the architecture is beautiful, and decor is lovely. the landscape offers great scenery. access to public transport is easy as the triemli metro station is just a five-minute walk. the staff was always kind and tried to help (i appreciated that).
the east wing room did not have individually controlled air conditioning, a slight issue.

the penthouse restaurant had delicious dishes with great service. the breakfast had many options to choose from (especially fresh fruits). i even got something made that was not on the menu.

The staff was very cute. the reception service was excellent. Special thanks go to felipe and miguel. sulaiman kindly arranged a wonderful room upgrade and ensured my visit was comfortable and nice.

the staff was friendly? but the indoor pool was decent.
i stayed here and was disappointed? the room was hot! the ac did not cool properly and the airflow was poor. we found it difficult to sleep even with the technician coming.
