train station beautiful landscape pleasant staff natural light
The hotel's proximity to the train station greatly eased my travels to the city center. i found the surrounding landscape to be quite beautiful, contributing to the hotel's serene environment. the staff members were pleasant and helpful. i also appreciated the well decorated room. Ample natural light filled the space.
During my visit, i noticed that some areas experienced elevated noise levels late into the night. It somewhat affected the peaceful ambiance i anticipated.

The breakfast buffet presented many choices. It included a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes to satisfy different tastes. the restaurant on the rooftop had diverse options. I saw seafood, grilled meats, and vegetarian plates available to guests.

The reception team offered efficient check in services, and they were always ready to help with requests. the shuttle service provided convenient transport. It ensured easy access to nearby locations and points of interest for all guests.

My room had modern furniture and a spacious layout. It provided a comfortable environment. the bathroom had luxury toiletries and soft towels. Everything ensured a relaxing experience for me after my activities.

limited storage space rooftop bar
The room felt smaller than expected , especially for a luxury hotel. Storage space was limited , and I struggled to keep my belongings organized. I was also disappointed that some of the advertised amenities , such as the rooftop bar , were temporarily closed for maintenance.

beautiful architecture lovely decor easy access kind staff
the architecture is beautiful, and decor is lovely. the landscape offers great scenery. access to public transport is easy as the triemli metro station is just a five-minute walk. the staff was always kind and tried to help (i appreciated that).
the east wing room did not have individually controlled air conditioning, a slight issue.

the penthouse restaurant had delicious dishes with great service. the breakfast had many options to choose from (especially fresh fruits). i even got something made that was not on the menu.

The staff was very cute. the reception service was excellent. Special thanks go to felipe and miguel. sulaiman kindly arranged a wonderful room upgrade and ensured my visit was comfortable and nice.

friendly staff indoor pool hot room poor airflow
the staff was friendly? but the indoor pool was decent.
i stayed here and was disappointed? the room was hot! the ac did not cool properly and the airflow was poor. we found it difficult to sleep even with the technician coming.
