"Great location to the pleasure beach, really far from town centre so bare that in mind, tram is just across from hotel so not all bad, superb breakfast, little dated decor and could do with a freshen up but it is Blackpool so do not expect the Ritz, would deffo stay here again and free parking"

missing chocolate treat poorly fitted curtains

The breakfast was freshly cooked. Parking was available outside the hotel.

The chocolate treat advertised was missing. The remote control lacked a back cover and exposed the batteries. The curtains did not effectively block light and they did not fit properly.

convenient location large selection friendly host faulty door room door late music

the location is very convenient for the pleasure beach it is a short walk. the british breakfast had a very large selection. the host was friendly and helpful with my late check-in.

the bathroom door did not close properly. the room door did not fit there was a gap. i heard music and shouting until late after i asked for it to be turned off.

bathroom hairs street noise

i had issues with the room cleanliness. specifically, the bathroom had some hairs. i also thought the towels felt a bit rough. the noise from nearby streets made it difficult to sleep at times. the walls seemed thin, and i could hear conversations, annoying.
