the front office staff was excellent and had at least one english speaking staff member. the housekeeping staff was friendly and kind.

the room was not huge, but it was enough for a couple. the bed is comfortable.

I loved the fridge, the tea kettle, and all the extras provided! the tv had one english channel, cnn. the housekeeping staff were so friendly and kind. I was very grateful. the front office staff was excellent, and at least one person spoke english, which helped a lot!!!

It was a bit of a surprise.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

The location is excellent, near the JR lines and the monorail for Haneda Airport. Rooms were clean and all amenities were provided. I found the staff friendly during check-in and check-out. Thank you for your attentive service.

(This sometimes made it difficult to get on quickly.) I had to wait multiple times during peak hours.

The room had amenities like body soap, shampoo, conditioner, a toothbrush, toothpaste, camisole-type pajamas and slippers. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful provision of all necessary amenities.
