The location is awesome and near a train station. reception staff spoke english. That was very efficient. free coffee and doughnuts were at reception. I enjoyed that treat.

The room was too small and it bothered me. the bathroom smelled of mildew and that was unpleasant. there was a broken outlet. The dehumidifier could not offset the humidity.

The location was AMAZING!!! It was literally a 2-minute walk from the MRT station. Family Mart, 7-11, Donki, and other convenient stores were also nearby. This made it very easy to grab snacks or anything else I needed quickly.

The room was not the cleanest I have ever seen. I noticed a dusty area, especially around the pot lights. There was a visible clump of dust around the rim. it just needed a bit more attention to detail.

There are two options for laundry service: a coin laundry on the second floor and an order form available in your room. If clothing is delivered to the laundry by 9:30 AM, it will be ready by the evening. Note that the laundry service is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
