The location was good as it had easy access to the JR lines via the Akihabara Station.

The lift service was slow. There is only one lift servicing the entire accommodation which meant long waiting times. This was worst during checkout.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the free drinks in the evening were a nice touch. the variety of amenities, including face and body products (so thoughtful!), meant i didn't need to use my own.

the single elevator caused long waits, especially during peak hours.

the staff was amazing and very helpful. the location was also quite convenient..

the elevator situation was not ideal. there was only one elevator for the entire building, and the wait times were excessively long. this was particularly frustrating during peak hours like check-out time.

The staff was very helpful with directions and local recommendations. I appreciated the convenience. The on-site onsen was a RELAXING way to unwind after a day of exploring. It had a great atmosphere.

The single elevator created long wait times, especially during peak hours. This was an inconvenience.
