The room was significantly smaller than expected. Maneuvering with luggage was a challenge. communication with staff posed difficulties. English proficiency was limited.

The location was acceptable. Senso-ji shrine was just behind the building.

The breakfast area seemed like a busy mall food court and it was hard to find space. the absolute worst thing was the pillow. It seemed like it had small rocks inside. they only provided one pillow for a room for two people, even if there are two people.

The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, i noticed staff maintained the premises well. the location was excellent. Senso-ji temple was very close. the easy subway access and nearby dining options. i really appreciated the pillow selection amenity. It added to my comfort.

The location is great because shops and restaurants are nearby. Public transportation to the airport is direct using Sky Access I appreciated the washing machine and tumbler available for guest use

The breakfast area felt small considering how many guests there were I found it difficult to find a seat sometimes
