lovely stay near the action!

direct train friendly staff luggage storage

My stay lasted four nights. the location is really good. It is just 200 meters from a station. whether you're coming from an airport, you can take a direct train straight to the station. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even let me store my luggage!

The hotel offered complimentary weighing of suitcases after checkout. Staff were very helpful and polite. The location provided quick access to the metro! It was easy to get around the city. The room was large enough for one person with two suitcases.

The lobby was not located on the ground floor. It was in the basement.

nearby restaurants friendly staff great location

the location rocks so much! it's super close to the station, like a hop and a skip. many restaurants are nearby, i had such yummy food. the staff was really friendly and helpful too, that was awesome.

the doors to the room are metallic and kinda heavy, it's a little difficult to open and close them.

EXCELLENT stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful I really appreciated this. Unlimited free ice cream with different flavors was a GREAT perk and an unexpected surprise. The location is very good. It has two restaurants that serve different foods at different times of day.

The soundproof of the room is really bad. You can literally hear people walking and talking in the corridor.

Fantastic Stay Steps from the Subway!

cozy room convenient location free laundry

Our Standard Double Room was cozy, clean, and equipped with essential amenities. The location proved convenient, placing us moments away from the subway station. I really liked the free laundry facilities, and my kids enjoyed the English TV channels so much.

The stairs leading to the lobby presented a slight inconvenience when managing our luggage. The luggage conveyor wasn't working upon our arrival and departure so that was really frustrating.

There is a Lawson convenience store right across the street from the hotel. I also noticed a Seven Eleven very close by. This made grabbing snacks and drinks easy and convenient at all hours.
