“I see this hotel as a quirky and independent stay with its robot-staffed front desk and compact rooms; the location is quite convenient for accessing Shibuya and other attractions via the Ginza metro station. While the area is quiet and rooms are clean, the breakfast served in the downstairs pub is not to my taste. the location was good, close to subway stations and a convenience store nearby.

The room felt very cramped. it was hard to open my suitcase, and there was nowhere to put anything, we were constantly bumping into each other. at night, the room filled with a grease smell. I think it came from the restaurant downstairs.

the robots at reception were underwhelming they did little beyond basic movements the english voice option was also poor i noticed an unpleasant smell like wet clothing in the room
