the central location was convenient for reaching princes street with a short walk. the rooftop bar provided a relaxed atmosphere where i enjoyed live music. the rooms were super clean and cozy though i found the temperature a little high and the air conditioning difficult to adjust

i thought some staff members were not as polite as expected which affected my experience. stained bed linen was an unpleasant surprise and the tv did not function. i also found it difficult to contact reception for assistance

The location is great. It's a short walk from haymarket tram stop. i really enjoyed the rooftop bar. It had such a great vibe! the staff was young and friendly (always smiling).

the walls felt thin, and i could hear the toilet flushing in the next room.

I really liked how clean and modern the room was, its design was sleek. The staff was also friendly and helpful! The hotel's location is very convenient. A Tesco store is right next door, useful.

The soundproofing could be better! I could hear some noise from the hallway.
