i found a lack of communication among staff upon arrival we waited thirty minutes before being offered drinks we had to order ourselves this slow service lasted throughout our entire afternoon tea

slow shower drain miniscule portions

the shower drain was SO slow. the bathroom floor flooded. my bag got wet because the water seeped onto the carpet? reception basically said it's a boat, so what. also the restaurant was too hot! it seemed like a greenhouse. portion sizes were also miniscule, even for fancy cuisine.
