The room, a Beautiful Guest room 1 King, was so clean. The hotel appears well maintained. Dining area offers a variety of food. I found the staff friendly and professional too!

lovely stay!
polite staff huge pool car arrangement
the staff spoke english well and were super polite. anytime i needed a car, they arranged one. the pool was huge, and i found a quiet spot (lovely for an introvert like me!).
the shuttle to the airport only leaves once a day at 6:30 am. this made planning for a later flight inconvenient.

breakfast was included with my room, and there were plenty of choices. i enjoyed a nice pre-dinner snack and wine in the executive lounge. it had everything, catering to all tastes.

my room was a good size. the bathroom was very roomy. there was ample space to move around and relax after a long day.

the hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and only 20-25 minutes from the city life. it's an accessible trip and perfect for travellers.

closed pool different excuses
the staff was very kind, which i expect.
the pool was closed, and i was so disappointed. they gave different excuses, like weather or chemicals, but nothing made sense. it reminded me of they didn't care that the pool was the main reason i booked this place.

Excellent Hotel with Amazing Service
lovely area convenient shuttle spacious room great upgrade
I found the hotel to have lovely areas suitable for gathering. These areas included both dining and bar spaces, as well as patio and pool areas. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to downtown and the airport. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. I received an upgrade upon arrival, which I very much appreciated.

Breakfast included a large selection with fresh options at the buffet. Dinner offered tastefully prepared pasta selections along with other excellent choices. The dining room staff were gracious and very helpful .

The swimming pool is amazing. I found it to be a highlight of my stay. There is ample parking available at the premises. The hotel also provides conference rooms, suitable for various events, equipped with the required amenities.
