the hotel is in a perfect location near the main train station. it made getting around very easy for me. the front desk staff was always available to help and they were very personable. i also appreciated the efficient air conditioning in my quiet, clean room..

the view from my first floor room was not the best, but it was not a major problem.

the staff were friendly and helpful. they gave me good advice about seeing the city. they also arranged a taxi for me. the location was good, near termini station.

my sleep was interrupted by outside noise. i also heard noise from other guests. the windows could use soundproofing. the room was dark and not that great. the shower was not good.

the location was good for getting around the city easily i liked that

my room was quite disappointing it felt smaller than expected the noise from the street was constant at night i also found the lack of soundproofing within the hotel itself to be a problem
