The location was unbeatable. it was steps from the trevi fountain and other main attractions. the staff offered helpful service and genuine kindness. the breakfast was very delicious too with some yummy choices.
I had to walk up several flights of stairs. this made it hard with my luggage!

the breakfast was quite good, and i could choose from various tasty options. i noticed the hotel is also conveniently near several restaurants, awesome for quick access to varied culinary experiences. a restaurant downstairs had special discounts for hotel guests.

the staff offered help, genuinely appreciated. they provided valuable advice on how to get around and made some great recommendations! the staff showed much patience and made an obvious effort to ensure every guest felt welcome.

the location was acceptable. it was close to attractions.
The room i had was much too small. it was hard to move around with luggage. the noise from the street was loud. The soundproofing was insufficient.
