The location was fantastic! It was easy to walk to many attractions. The breakfast had a good selection of items. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The elevator was quite small and only fit one person.

solid city stay

friendly staff clean room convenient location good restaurant

I liked the friendly check-in process. my room was clean, i could tell. the location is close to the canal. An evening walk was a relaxing option. holberg 19, near the hotel, offered good brunch and drinks.

the room lacked temperature control. i could not open the windows at night because of the noise. the bar nearby made chatter until late hours.

The hotel's brunch included chia buns, cooked soft boiled eggs, and yogurt granola mixes. I found these to be tasty. i observed that the breakfast service was available until 10:00 am. This was convenient.

nice staff spacious room great location

i had a REALLY great stay. the staff assisted me with any questions i had and were nice. the room smelled amazing, was spacious, and clean! the hotel is also within walking distance of sights like nyhavn.

i experienced a slight inconvenience with the small elevator, designed for one person, and it was temporarily out of service during certain hours.

Breakfast includes a pre-assembled plate with bread, cheese, a croissant, eggs, yogurt, mysli, jams, and fruit. Plus juice and coffee are available. the cafe offered only oat milk and skim milk options . the food was AMAZING!!!
