the one-bedroom apartment was spacious and had a separate bedroom. access to the beach was easy and a walkway led to shops (a plus!).

the room needed some updates, specifically the bathroom had old tiles.

the bed and pillows were very comfortable i had a great sleep the breakfast buffet had an excellent range of food options the gym steam room and putting green were all perfect additions to the stay i enjoyed using the facilities. i especially loved how central the location was close to the beach and shops.

I appreciated the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was nice. I found the environment very relaxing!

The barman seemed inexperienced. He didn't prepare the drinks we ordered correctly. He gave us cheaper drinks but charged us for the expensive ones. A ten dollar refund seemed insufficient after we spent over one hundred dollars on bar drinks. The service was poor.

the room i booked clearly needed some updates. the carpets looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in ages, and the kitchen appliances seemed like relics from another era. the pool was advertised as heated, it felt more like an ice bath. also, housekeeping skipped our room for the entire three-night stay so that was pretty annoying, dirty carpets

The ground floor location offered easy access to the carpark. the hotel grounds were well kept. i could easily access the beach from the hotel. other facilities were available. I saw tennis and paddle board hire, as well as other activity-based services.

I stayed in a resort room. the website showed the room included a spa. This was misleading. the website room images also showed a new room, but the room was dated. rooms were only cleaned every three days.

the staff were very friendly and professional. i had breakfast twice at the restaurant and also had my anniversary dinner there, finding the service amazing. the restaurant staff were not rushed, despite the evening meal being quiet.
