acceptable stay, minor issues.
dirty grout loose tiles
The hotel had a great location. It was easy to get around from there.
The bathroom really needed attention. The grout was dirty and some tiles were loose. The shower head sprayed in all directions. It was hard to get a proper shower.

friendly staff fresh food accessible location awkward parking toilet leak lack follow-up
the staff were friendly. they were accommodating when i asked questions. the food at woods tasted fresh and was plated well. the hotel is situated close to local shops and trams.
the parking was awkward and tight. the toilet leaked and flooded the bathroom floor at night. the manager promised reimbursement but never followed up. i am disappointed since we have been frequent guests.

dirty sheet single doona
cleanliness was not a priority, i see. the sheet was, lets say, 'used' and the doona was, quite frankly, a single on a double bed. good luck sleeping. also, i tried making a coffee, but the kettle only worked if i held the button like my life depended on it.

convenient location spacious room parking fee pipe noise
The location was very convenient.. it offered easy access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the spaciousness of the beautiful king room. It easily accommodated my needs .
The hotel did not provide complimentary parking. a daily fee was charged, and it was not initially clear. the room also lacked soundproofing. Intermittent noises from water pipes woke me up several times during the night.

comfortable bed spacious room
The room was fairly spacious. The bed provided very comfortable sleep. The tram line was easily accessible from this location. The first room assigned did not latch. I was moved to another room after this discovery.

Adequate stay with minor issues
nice sized room public transport bed ok shower handle bedside table clock tv remote
I found the room to be of a nice size. The bed was ok. Not too soft and not too firm. Location was convenient. It was close to public transport for access to both the city and Prahran.
The room looked a little run down. The shower handle came off in my hand. the bedside table clock was broken. THE tv remote did not work the entire time.
