convenient supermarket clean apartment friendly staff cold pool inconvenient access odd smell
The location worked very well for me. i was close to a woolies supermarket. the apartment was also clean when i arrived. the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that a lot.
The pool was not warm. I found that disappointing. it was not as the description said. also, i had to go to reception each time i left the car park. It was not convenient. my room also had an odd smell to it.

decent apartment stay
tram access classy room small cup dish liquid
the location has trams almost at the doorstep. the rooms felt very classy. the facilities were pretty good, i thought.
the dishwasher works well, but there were only 3 small cups. i could not fill it up before turning it on. only one dish tab was available. a very small sachet of dish liquid. i had to buy my own.

foggy panel broken chair
The location was great. It was close to shops and key facilities.
The air conditioning unit took up most of the tiny balcony space and the pool was smaller than expected. the glass panels around the pool were so foggy. It was hard to see through them, and some of the pool chairs were broken. it was disappointing, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
