the hotel charged my card for wine, we do not drink that! i have email them and they refuse to give money back. this never happen before and it is disappointing.

the breakfast buffet was delicious! it had so many different choices. the room was modern and very clean. plus, the location was an easy walk to restaurants and trams, perfect for getting around!
The staff seemed a bit disorganized at times. we had some confusion about our upfront payment. also, the cold tap in our room wouldn't turn on. there was a weird banging noise in the room all night. It wasn't a peaceful sleep.

the location proved fantastic with nearby parking and public transport. the rooms had effective darkness and quietness, a great benefit for sleeping. attending a conference there was ideal (it was seamless!). the conference room and catering were excellent additions.
i experienced slight disappointment with the absence of room service and the sunday closure of the cafe, so i had to drop off our bags early before check-in time.
