fab location rooftop bar friendly staff
location was fab. the rooftop bar give amazing views with cocktails. rooms are quiet i'm on the 11th floor. staff are friendly and helpful.
the hotel charged my card for wine, we do not drink that! i have email them and they refuse to give money back. this never happen before and it is disappointing.

delicious buffet clean room easy location disorganized staff faulty tap banging noise
the breakfast buffet was delicious! it had so many different choices. the room was modern and very clean. plus, the location was an easy walk to restaurants and trams, perfect for getting around!
The staff seemed a bit disorganized at times. we had some confusion about our upfront payment. also, the cold tap in our room wouldn't turn on. there was a weird banging noise in the room all night. It wasn't a peaceful sleep.

perfect stay in central location
nearby parking public transport effective darkness excellent catering
the location proved fantastic with nearby parking and public transport. the rooms had effective darkness and quietness, a great benefit for sleeping. attending a conference there was ideal (it was seamless!). the conference room and catering were excellent additions.
i experienced slight disappointment with the absence of room service and the sunday closure of the cafe, so i had to drop off our bags early before check-in time.

the room was clean with a good size and internal fit-out. the room offered a beautiful view over the river and city skyline. the bed was very large and comfortable.

i enjoyed the breakfast buffet (the selection was wide!). i had a cocktail at the hotel bar. the catering provided for the conference was great, and i was fully satisfied with the provided options.

all members of the staff were lovely. one staff member, toby, took great care of me. the warm welcome upon arrival at the hotel was amazing.
