charming stay on mornington peninsula

italian vibe comfortable amenities excellent service

The hotel styling reflected an italian riviera vibe and the location was excellent. my ocean view room felt luxurious and clean, with very comfortable amenities. i really loved the pool level. It was good for a cocktail. the ember restaurant offered excellent food and attentive service .

The room had two balconies providing ample natural light. I also liked the free parking and late checkout. It suited my schedule. The facilities impressed me with beautiful decor throughout.

I found the customer service at both The Promenade and The Atrium disappointing. Staff told us to wait for 45 minutes, even with the restaurants partially occupied. There was no offer to help us find a table in the adjacent lounge. We were turned away
