modern facilities great restaurant easy access airport shuttle
i found the restaurant and staff great, especially due to the location near the airport for transfers. the airport shuttle service was very easy to access. the sauna and spa were enjoyable (very relaxing after a long flight). the breakfast had a great selection.

The hotel provided a shuttle service to the airport this made transport simple. The reception staff were consistently friendly. Breakfast included a delicious buffet each day.
The room did not have drinking water available I found this inconvenient.

glass shard inoperative key
okay, so the room wasn't exactly super clean. i found a shard of glass on the carpet, which i discovered with my foot. also, my key card didn't work the first time, so i had to. that's always a fun way to start a stay.

inconsistent pressure poor upkeep
The check-in process felt a bit rushed (i suspect due to high traffic). i wasn't informed about the shuttle service upon arrival, which i discovered only later. the room showed some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. The showerhead had a poor spray pattern. the water pressure was also inconsistent. it seemed like certain areas were overlooked regarding upkeep.

shuttle service easy check-in airport transfers packed breakfast
the shuttle service was really quick and easy. i only waited a few minutes (i called after getting my bags). check-in was also simple, and the staff member was helpful. members get a free drink at the bar.
i could not find info about airport transfers. i had to call when i arrived (it was a little inconvenient). also, the packed breakfast replacement was not good. i am not sure where i could have eaten it.

the shuttle bus to the airport worked well. breakfast offered good variety and quality. the bar had social atmosphere and good service. i appreciated secure parkingwith peace of mind .
the cleaner opened my door without knocking. this was a privacy concern. the carpets showed obvious stains.
