The location is great across from the gardens. It's very close to tram stops. Good dressing gowns were supplied, they were soft.

The room was disappointing. It felt old and run down. The cleaning wasn't done well, I noticed leftover hairs from previous customers.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service!

I found the breakfast choice to be great (especially the fresh fruit!). The new menu at HQ offered delicious meals. Sky and Jules were especially helpful. Sky. The staff were friendly and cute.

I experienced some noise from adjoining rooms and outside. This was a bit disruptive, particularly at night. A fix would greatly improve the stay.

The reception staff displayed really good friendliness. Housekeeping staff were efficient and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Valet parking provided a quick and efficient service with vehicles.

The hotel is situated within walking distance of major shopping areas. Queen Victoria Market is also easily accessible by foot. Tram connections at the hotel doorstep make it easy to travel to different areas.
