Fantastic Stay Near the Quay

great location friendly staff

The location was superb, placing me a short walk from the Opera House. I found the complimentary water in my room a nice touch. The parking was guaranteed onsite, very reassuring. Staff were friendly and helpful .

The hotel featured a fitness centre with available pool facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a great array of options. Underground parking was available, though it incurred an additional cost , I did appreciate its convenience, however.

The hotel is near many places of interest. St marys cathedral is very close. The botanical gardens and the rocks are within a short walking distance. The circular quay is easily accessible from this location.

The staff were friendly. Ingrid from reception in particular made check-in very cheerful. She was friendly and helpful. Assistance with luggage was offered to cruise passengers for a seamless experience.

The location was fantastic. I could walk to many attractions nearby. the room offered ample space and included necessary amenities. i found the separate shower and toilet in the large marble bathroom especially convenient. complimentary water was a nice touch!

The gym equipment seemed to need some attention. Several machines were out of service.

The location offers convenient access to transportation options. Ferries, rail, and metro are nearby (i loved the ease of getting around). I could easily walk to the Opera House. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room .

The breakfast buffet was standard. Nothing special stood out.
