Convenient Location and Clean Rooms
ideal location short walk helpful staff luggage storage
The location was ideal for accessing public transport. A Woolworths supermarket was only a short walk away. The staff members I interacted with were consistently helpful and friendly. The hotel maintained a good level of cleanliness throughout my stay. Luggage storage was available after checkout, a definite plus.
The gym was a bit small. It felt crowded when more than a few people were using it.

The reception staff handled check-in efficiently. Staff members were able to store my luggage after I checked out. I found this particularly helpful as I had a late flight, so I didn't have to drag my bags around all day.

The hotel provided convenient access to public transport. It was easy to get around the city from this location. A supermarket was also located nearby. This made it easy to get supplies. The hotel offers a gym, though it's on the smaller side.

The hotel is near Central Station making it easy to travel. Several restaurants are located around the hotel. Many are accessible via delivery services if I preferred to dine in my room.

the staff were helpful and quickly addressed my needs. the location was convenient , close to the train station and attractions. the room had decent size. parking was available nearby with multiple entries and exits per day , a great convenience.
the gym equipment seemed a bit old , making my workout a bit challenging.

Acceptable Stay. Some Disappointments
dark room pricey room
My room felt quite dark even with all the lights on. I also thought the price I paid was a bit too much considering the condition. The room needs some updating. The location worked well since it was near buses, though. I also cannot commend the staff. They seemed uninterested.

the breakfast had a wide range of options. the location was near central station. i found the staff quite friendly and very helpful.
the gym's water jug remained empty for days , seemingly without notice.

Convenient Stay
great location helpful staff
The location was very convenient with many restaurants nearby. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The gym had good equipment (treadmills and weights were available). The rooftop pool provided a refreshing morning swim.
The hotel rooms felt a little outdated to me. The carpet seemed quite old and possibly needed replacement. I hope this is addressed soon.

The room was generally nice and neat. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which i always appreciate. It made getting ready much easier, especially when traveling with someone.

Central Station is within walking distance, only about seven minutes away. The light rail stop is also close, about seven minutes in a slightly different direction. This allowed for easy access to various parts of the city.
