solid experience
central location lovely staff clean facilities
the location allowed easy walks to many parts of the central business district. the staff were very lovely and made check-in and check-out easy. the facilities inside the room were very clean.

superb location quiet room easy transport no housekeeping limited dining no food
the location rocks cause it's super close to darling harbour. i like that it was easy to get to cool restaurants, shops. public transport. i asked for a quiet room, and they gave me one on the 12th floor!
no daily housekeeping kinda bummed me out. i had to stay a whole week before i got a full clean. they only restocked every three days. there's not a ton of dining options super close by so yeah. there is no food on-site i know but i didn't mind using uber eats.

central location room kitchen large tv unfriendly staff slow wi-fi missing washer
The location provided easy access to darling harbour and public transport, that included buses and trains. the room featured a kitchen and a washer, very convenient. i appreciated the large tv in the room. It made relaxing in the evenings quite nice.
The staff was not very friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. also. there were no face washers in the room. It was an inconvenience. the air conditioning was set to a warm temperature. It was not adjustable.

full kitchen easy walk
the room included a full , well-equipped kitchen. the location was an easy walk to a selection of restaurants and cafes.
some disgruntled guests were present on arrival , appearing upset about missing luggage.

poor design limited space
The location was convenient for accessing different parts of the area.
The suite design was not very inviting. While the floor area was large, the bedroom was tight with minimal space around the bed. There was also no designated area for luggage. I had to put mine in the wardrobe.
